rustywings Posted November 20, 2009 #3 Posted November 20, 2009 Wow! That Tiffany hallmarked wing is the creme-de-la-creme for collectors of Naval Aviator insignia! Thank you for posting. Russ
pfrost Posted November 24, 2009 #4 Posted November 24, 2009 Wow! That Tiffany hallmarked wing is the creme-de-la-creme for collectors of Naval Aviator insignia!Thank you for posting. Russ With all the other stuff going on this list, it seems criminal that only a couple of the more dedicated (i.e. obsessed) "wing-dingers" commented on this beauty! That is a shame. I have to echo Russ and say that this is a gem of a wing and would be the crown jewel in most collections. Carefully compare the quality and workmanship to this bit of eye candy to some of the fake Tiffany hallmarked POS on some of the other threads. Can you make some close up pics of the details in the shield and wing? Congrats to you for adding this spectacular wing to your already fine collection. Patrick
