Can You ID this Mean Monkey, USAF Thai made

I believe USAF, Thai made, came with some other VN period items but with nothing that would ID a unit. I am great with Army Aviation but USAF I need help. Thanks Jeff

Looks more like a rat to me. But if it is a monkey it could be for Monkey Mountain?

Some Thai made novelty patches and a mix of post war USAF patches from the 70s. Jeff

To me it looks like a vampire bat, possibly some type of night fighter or night patrol squadron...

This looks like one of the fearsome creatures depicted as temple guardians in many south Asian cultures.

 

I would bet it is USAF as well, but beyond that I have no idea.

 

It could also have been made for local, non-US forces as well.
