Flea mart find. Lots of names, great saying!

OIF 9-2 (does that mean, 2009?)

 

Under appreciated, but GREATLY appreciated. 

 

Absolutely no history on this. Hope all these guys made it home.

Neat, I don't know what OIF 9-2 is, but OIF IX was December 2009 - September 2010
