EE8-B in leather case

The guy who's been bringing in boxes of :stuff" brought in another dozen yesterday, which included this EE8-B...surprised to see it was a B model but in a leather case...which is marked as an EE8-B along with the usual TO number and modification number. The mouthpiece is dated March 1945 (I didn't unscrew the innards to see if there's a date on the chasis. The hand crank has a 1956 date stamped there...the leather needed a little cleaning but otherwise it's soft and pliable and the phone looks to be in great shape too....
