CAN ANYONE ID THIS CAP BADGE. CAME WITH A SMALL GROUPING I BELIEVE HE WAS FIRE CONTROL AND HE DID SERVE ON A PATROL CRAFT PC593. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS ED
