epsomgreen Posted May 6, 2024 #1 Posted May 6, 2024 I picked this up over the weekend at the Ohio Civil War Show in Mansfield, and think it's a super example, exhibiting very little wear and tear. Beyond confirming Ward's medal via the OMSA Dewey database, I have been unable to locate anything regarding the man or his service via Ancestry, Fold3, or FamilySearch. Should anyone have the resources to provide a year and place of birth, or Baltimore muster, it would be appreciated greatly. Thank you in advance! Best regards, Charles
History Man Posted May 6, 2024 #2 Posted May 6, 2024 Wondering if this may be him, from Glasgow, Scotland.
jmpmstr Posted January 22 #4 Posted January 22 A gorgeous example to be sure. The condition of the suspension is marvelous considering many times they are worn through.
