doyler Posted February 14, 2016 Share #4 Posted February 14, 2016 They had made both officer and enlisted cap devices from plastic.Even seen a few examples of the US for collars.Im thinking it didnt last over the years to due the nature of the material being brittle.There were enlisted cap devices made out of plaster as well and painted.
