Opinions sought as to whether this patch is good or repro. Does not glow and passes burn test, however I do not like the "lack of snow" on the reverse side, hence the request for opinions. Thank you in advance, gentlemen, for your expertise.

From what I can see, it looks good to me. Remember, the lack of snow is not a tell-tale sign of a repro or a postwar patch. Many wartime patches have almost no snow whatsoever. Now if the back has nylon synthetic threads, then you have a problem.

The cars are clear and the sidewalk is done. Now we have another storm brewing tommorow so more shoveling to come!

I know what your feeling. I live about 50 miles NE of Phila. We only got about 7 inches this last storm, but the next one coming is supposed to hit us good.

I used to have that problem with snow, I lived about 100 miles NW of Philly for many years.

Today it was down to the mid 60's in Phoenix, and it's hard to shovel sunshine. ;)

Speaking of snow, I have to agree with Ski, snow on the back of a patch can be a favorable sign, but it's not the only one, nor is the lack of it necessarily a negative one.

If it passes a burn test and it doesn't glow, those are pretty sound indicators that it's good.
