I have an old officer AAF crusher.  The leather band, visor,etc.is in prety good shape. 

Problem is the band was wadded up toght nd store.  I want a way to get it back

to the otiginal configursion. Can anyonw point me on yjr righ dotation?

Try American Patrol Cap & Canvas, or Society Brand Hats.  Both are on Facebook and I'm pretty sure they both do restorations in addition to quality reproductions

If it's just out of shape you can buy hat blocks which tighten (but don't over tighten). If overtightened then the inner band can break.

Society Brand did a restoration of a battered Bancroft Flighter for me.  It turned out fantastic.
