Military Order of The Cootie, Circa 1960's - 1970's

This was my Grandfather's MOC cap. I am having problems resizing photos so if you want to see better front and reverse photos of this cap please drop me a note with your email address.

I do not remember much about this organization. I believe they did fund raising for wounded/disabled Veterans of all wars. If anyone can brief me on this organization and if they still exist I would appreciate it.
