I have had a few english ones and belive they are way under valued for what they are. Super little peices of History!

Thanks, I appreciate your remarks.  I just wish it would happen more often. I also agree with you as to how RARE they really are. These little Silver mounted DIRKS were optional and what the officer could afford. Not many officers during that time period (small numbers) who were also able to afford one during the early 1800s
