Jba1973 Posted October 9, 2012 #1 Posted October 9, 2012 I recently found a 31st Infantry clutch back collar pin. The pin is the normal Polar bear with the pro patria logo, but this one has a wreath similar to a CIB. Any help as to why this is so. My meager research has turned up nothing.
