January 13, 20251 yr #10 These really only appear late in WW2 also. I have a few pictures and its really a wars-end item. Very neat for a late late war display.
January 13, 20251 yr #11 When did "mortar" become the accepted term for a round or projectile for a mortar? I always considered a mortar as the weapon itself not the ammunition it fired.
