I’m assuming that this is a military related item because of the Campaign Hat. It’s a paperweight about 3” x 2”. Hopefully the initials on it will mean something to someone...

Wow! Very cool! A quick Google search for those initials didn't bring anything amazing to mind. Maybe someone will recognise it. This style of paperweight seems to have been rather popular:

Nebraska has a Technical Agriculture College, I think . . .

I think Elizabeth (Forum Supremo) is right on...  My guess is North Texas Agricultural College (1923-1949)
