August 18, 201312 yr #3 These are non-combatant patches for the ETO, 1943-44 style. Worn by civilian female drivers and clerical staff supporting the US Army, most likely in Great Britain during that time. Discussed in the ASMIC Trading Post, April-June 2009 issue. Fairly hard to find insignia, but based on your photo I really couldn't even begin to guess if they are real or not. I'm fairly certain these patches have been faked since the article was published (or possibly earlier). -Vance
