December 9, 201015 yr #1 Hi everyone. Found this site about a month ago and have been reading and following along on all the posts. Lots of good info here for a newbie getting into collecting bayonets. My first goal is to acquire an M4 from each of the seven manufactures . Four down three to go. Last weekend I picked up this M3 at a Flea Market for $20 bucks. I know it's in pretty rough shape but heck for $20 bucks I thought it would be a good one to try some minor restoration. Currently I'm using gun oil and wooden rods to rub off the surface rust and warm soap and water on the grips. Slow going but making progress. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. Pics below show it when purchased. I'll post some more pics when I get it cleaned up bit. Thanks Dint
