Between 16 July 1945 and 23 September 1992 the United States of America conducted (by official count) 1054 nuclear tests, and two nuclear attacks.

Many military material (helmets, uniforms, personal equipments, tanks, etc) was displayed the radiation in the nuclear experiences...are still dangerous?

Any equipment that was exposed to radioactive dust would still be hot if it was not properly decontaminated. The only way to tell would be to scan it with a "Geiger counter" (preferrably an alpha scintillator), or take some swipes and run a dpm count on them. I'll be glad to take your collection off your hands to ease your mind...I can put it right next to my glowing M1 helmet

Presently, the radiation level at the Trinity testing site is about 10 times the amount of what naturally occurs in a non-atomic environment.
