Can someone suggest some books or manuals to use to determine the correct contents for the various first aid kits in use WW2 through end of the VN War?

The 2 sites mentioned above are fantastic. Ben Major (med_dept) on the forum runs the first of the 2, may I also recommend you join the forum.
