Civil Defense Certificate and Card

This comes from the Samuelson estate. Posted elsewhere are the items from the husband's war-time and post-war service. This certificate and card date to the time the couple resided in San Diego. He was employed at Consolidated Aircraft and she was active in local activities. Eventually the husband enlisted in the Army and the wife went to work for Consolidated.
