I ran across this item on Ebay and wanted to get some input.  Does anyone know if this is a genuine Vietnam War period made patch?

I'm kind of on the fence.  It doesn't look like an out-and-out fake, but it doesn't jibe with the Japanese-made examples I've seen of US patches.

Not wartime vintage

here is a real one i brought back in 1970. i was in the 199th inf bde, and i don't remember if this was from the 49th or the 76th. i gave it to a museum many years ago. it is on the bottom right corner of the picture frame.
