Anyone have an accurate price on this item?

 

Ive seen prices of 150 to 250 on ones that haven’t sold yet. 
 

The 150 has some damage.

    Any idea as to value and or who would want one?

    My gut feeling is that this came from the Detroit police as they used military equipment.
