This was found at an old Centralia, WA estate. I wish I had a name. Company M, 1st Washington Volunteer Infantry was prinarily from the Centralia area. They served in the Philippines. This one is numbered #17783.

Nice. By the 1920's the USWV camps usually had a broad range of members from different states, units, and service branches. Its hard to pin down an owner without some  accompanying information or items. If you backtrack the family name associated with the estate sale that could be a start.
