June 28Jun 28 #1 Hello all, I’ve just come into possession of an RAF Sidcot Suit, which I believe some USAAF aircrew wore during WW2, and it’s in good condition other than a white verdigris residue from the zips and popper studs which has transferred to the cotton material while it was folded up in storage. It’s sitting above the material but can’t be shifted by picking at it. Is there any way I can get this off without majorly affecting the material?
