May 8May 8 #3 Literally only one match for that name. The stamps look newer than the 1920's, but could this be a short lived midshipman working uniform?

May 8May 8 Author #5 Thank you for the information. I am 38 miles north of Pittsburgh so that's probably him. Do you know what buttons it would of used.
May 10May 10 #6 This is a hard one, I’ve never seen that style of buttons of navy uniforms, it seems it may be civilian but I may be wrong
May 11May 11 Author #7 The buttons are not exposed. Unbuttoned they give more movement. Just trying to figure out to keep it or send it down the road if it's civilian. Thanks.
