Early UDT equipment grouping

Featured Replies

#1

I bought a misc grouping of dive items at a garage sale this weekend and had a hunch it was early UDT equipment.

I believe the grouping is a Korean War UDT grouping containing the following:

1) BG-159 rubberized bag

2) set of early swimmaster giant udt duck feet fins.  Not navy marks

3) neopreme wet suit bottom with no nylon skins, no markings

4) Neopreme hood with no nylon

5) pair of size 6 rubber dipped booties, no other markings

Unfortunately I have found no names or ID on any of these items. There is a name tags on the bag but no name. Ill take a better look.

I would love to hear your thoughts

Thanks

I hate to admit, I didn't ask. I see him around and will have to ask him. I remember him telling me he picked it up and think it was at the flea market. He didn't know it was military and neither did I. Just had a hunch.
