HI, Can someone please tell me if this is a aviator bag from the U.S. Navy WWII Era

After Some Research It Looks Like an Aviator bag? The Zipper Is Talon, It Shows Up Double On The Zipper, Which Maybe Puts It In The 1940's? There Is No Other Markings Other Than The Name And U.S. Navy Stenciled On It. I Cannot Find A Bag That Looks Like This.
