Looking for tips on cleaning up WWII Women's officer hats.  I have a few hats that have collected dust & dirt over the years and would like to clean them up.  Some of the hats have old makeup on the interior headband liner that I would also like to clean up.  Any thoughts on methods, cleaning products, and/or brushes to use to do this? 

 

Also, any recommendations on what to use or do to help keep its shape while in storage?  Thanks!
