Hello all. I do not know much about patches. Im trying to learn. Is this a real vietnam era patch or a fake?

Agree.  The white computer stitching on the reverse bolt is the giveaway.  Always look for this exact type of stitching on any “Vietnam” era patch.  If you see it, it isn’t.
