Good evening,

 

Having found this strap, I'm unable to find its era nor use. I guess Vietnam War era due to the color, but the Anchor hooks I know from this era have a different stamp ...

It also differs to the general purpose strap I have.

 

Does anybody has ever seen this strap ?
