3 August 1942 Civilian Appointment Certificate to the rating of “Quarterman” (supervisor) at the Naval Air Material Ctr. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The NAMC was formerly known as the Naval Aircraft Factory, Henry C. Mustin Naval Air Facility.

Included with this certificate are Quarterman Gray’s civilian service pin and awards for production, safety, and his 25th and 30th year awards for U.S. Navy Civilian Service.
