I HAVE A PRC-104 THAT IS NOT WORKING AND I WOULD LIKE TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING.  I USED IT DURING THE FIRST GULF WAR FOR SPOTTING.  DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO REPAIRS THEM?

I would see if there is an amateur radio club in your area and contact them. Look at arrl.org. On the top right of the page you will see find a club. A lot of those guys love working on equipment.
