USMC HBT blouse and canteen cover

So, Marine stuff is not my thing but I got this set today.  Nice canteen cover from 1952 marked USMC.  The blouse looks real ut I really have no idea about it. Can someone review it and tell me what it is with the gas flap and all.  Chest size shown but not sure what actual size that equates to. Shadow of some rectangular patch that had been stuck on where the Army wears SSI.  No stitching present in that location.

Real?  If so, from when? Repro? Level of desire if real?

TIA

Well I see it is not USMC 1941 pattern and not US Army pattern.  This leads me to a 1944 or Korea pattern.  Given the lack of any feedback it must be stumping everyone.

P43 Marine shirt, real enough. The shadow from a patch is probably from post-military use (as a costume etc).

A good legitimate P-44 Marine Corps HBT jacket (not a blouse - that's for dress uniforms).  I don't know what shoulder patch would have been on it.

The canteen cover is a good legitimate Korean War one.  Nice to see that date, as so many of them used in the KW were left over WWII ones.
