Hello did you already this kind of liner strap green hand painted ?

 

Every thing seems to be US made but for witch period?

It's most likely an original post war liner strap from the 1960s that someone hand painted the hardware green. Weather it be an inexpensive substitute for a display helmet or to fool a potential buyer and get more $.
