Most of the heavy hitter patch guys are going to the ASMIC show this weekend in Ohio, so it might take a bit to get a solid answer!

Another one of these CBI 1st Air Commando Group patches sewn on a leather flight jacket (see link) was up for sale back in 2023 with an asking price of $8225.00.  I don't know how much it actually sold for.  There are many good copies of this patch out on the collector's market but your patch appears to be genuine.
