May 14, 20251 yr #3 Meant to cover a rolled flag or color mounted to a flag staff. Looks to be a standard US Armed Forces issue item.
May 27, 20251 yr #5 Not sure how standard it is, but I have seen that style of bag in several units for protecting the colors in transit or 'casing' them. Generally the Command Seargeant Major would be the one messing with this.
