Lieutenant General Robert Richardson 1882-1954, USMA 1904, he served for 42 years. Military governor of Hawaii, commanding General of all Army personnel in the central pacific. General Richardson USARPAC was responsible for Army training, disciplinary, logistics, etc. Richardson worked closely with the operational commander Admiral Nimitz. 
 
Brigadier General Barnwell Legge 1891-1949, Citadel 1911, 37 years in uniform. Military attache to Switzerland during the war.

 

I don’t directly collect vets from any area beside local CA stuff but thought the coincidence was too cool to not share! Both these generals have vast amounts of info on their careers online that is definitely worth a read.

I used to own a ribbon bar to Legge. I believe it  was the same configuration as what's on your uniform.
