No it is a Pocket, Magazine, Double Web, Carbine Cal .30 M1

The use of dates as model numbers had stopped by 1941.

thant not what I mean for instance there ar bandage pockets  the  and the MM1942. Is it M1942 since the M1 wasn't issued until 1943
