I can buy this uniform from someone.
But I collect mostly european uniforms. 
That's why I come here for information.
This soldier was part of the 36th armored infantry regiment, judging by the DUI insignia.

 

The CIB is sterling marked and the name A. Friedman is scratched into it.

Does anyone perhaps have any info on the person A. Friedman?

    This belonged to Corporal Al Friedman. During occupation duty, he was assigned to G Company, of the 36th AIR. He saw combat with the 6th Armored Division
