WW2 29th Ranger Uniform

This is my father-in-law's WW2 uniform. He was a Captain in the 29th Rangers. About 25 years ago his wife had his medals, ribbons, insignias, tabs, etc...taken off his officer's jacket. I found the jacket last year in a closet and wanted to restore it. I was able to "find" 2 of his "29th Ranger" tabs in his old desk draw with a handful of other insignias, captains bars, etc. I ordered a new set of ribbons for the uniform. But the majority of items are his. He was also in the Army Air Corps and was an Aircraft Observer and Glider Pilot before transferring to the 29th. My question is...when displaying the uniform do I put ALL the wings and things on the uniform along with the other badges?

Also...someone said that the 29th Rangers had the red tab on BOTH shoulders? I've only seen one photo of a 29th Ranger uniform. My father-in-law did have 4 of them so may they did?

I would place his CIB to the breast pocket and place the Glider pin above the ribbon bar...Bodes

First, really incredible uniform! Not only with such great insignia, but to be from a family member as well. I'd also probably just leave off the observer wings. I've seen a number of officers who were observers first then went into the infantry and never wore their observer wings again. Not sure if there was any particular reason, but just a trend I noticed.
