My sister recently brought this to my attention.  When my Grandfather died my mother did not add anything about his WWI USMC Service. I was wondering if others may have any ideas about adding an EGA or other options to his headstone. I guess my other option would be to get another one cut or maybe removing this one and having another line engraved.

Check with the VA about getting an official bronze marker that you can have his information put on it.

 

A local funeral home could help you with your request but you will need official proof of service.
