Pennsylvania, National Guard, 1st Regiment, Tailcoat, Staff Officer, Artillery?

We think that this dates from 1870’s – 1880’s?

The buttons are Alberts PA 28 A, page 228. The script initials NG on a dotted figure 1 within a laurel wreath, PENNA below. These are all Horstman buttons, excluding the lower right breast button which is an Oregon button. Probably put there as a filler. Some buttons are missing.

Just trying to date this correctly.
