Need help to ID these two fuses

Have had these two for years and don’t know what they are. The larger one is 3” and the smaller one is 2-1/4” across and they have no markings or numbers. Any help is appreciated. IMG_1615.jpeg.b0f1745ae4f5ea7c037b7c5043cc01a7.jpegIMG_1614.jpeg.15526e59e3cc3c580a528a12a3f37926.jpegIMG_1613.jpeg.aa880afcc86dfd2650311372aaed6e96.jpeg

Looks like the 3” ( or larger bore) and 75mm M1907 shrapnel fuzes. Not engraved because they were factory rejects ( failed dimensional inspections) or less likely training aids. I have a 75mm M1907 in as issued condition for comparison. They were issued loaded with a brass “ cap” covering the fuze.
