All the components look fine.  Coat is original (fakes not typically an issue with these, as they are common).  But, the branch insignia is wrong.  Based on the buttons, should be Engineers branch, not Transportation Corps.

Thank you Kurta for your help.

What do you think of collar and arms insignia.

They are ok for you.

The shoulder ranks are Navy/Marine type, not Army.

While possible, it’s uncommon to see.

At first I too thought that.  But they do have beveled edges (unlike flat edges of USN/USMC).   I have seen the flush-to-edge connectors on WW2 era theater-made captain bars on an Army uniform.

Nothing looks “fake”, but it all may not belong together.  You shouldn’t pay beyond the “sum of the parts” on this uniform if it is something you are considering purchasing.

Good evening,

If everything does not seem "false", I do not see why this uniform is problematic.

I don't understand your point of view. Either it is good or not.

It’s possible it is a “put together” using original parts.  Having Transportation branch collar insignia and Engineer buttons would suggest this, but possibly the officer changed branches and kept his original buttons.  But with no name, there is no way to prove anything either way.

I found in a round what I suppose its identification number. If someone could help me identify this officer, it could help me validate or not his collars of passes.

Thank you in advance for help and your research.
