Hello Everyone---- got this in the mail with other insignia. A bit early for me. What does everyone think on this? Any help will be great.

Looks like an original M1902 US Army enlisted man’s collar insignia where the original pinback was replaced with 4 wire prongs.  2nd choice would be M1895 hat badge where a center screw post was removed.
