Legit WWII M1 Carbine?

Hello, I’ve been looking to purchase an original factory configuration M1 carbine. I’ve seen many fakes (late war rebuilds) to look like early production carbines, (L sight, no bayonet lug, etc) so at this point I am looking for a good late war (1944) carbine. I have a link to one that I believe is a good one. He has a data sheet from RC Larson to back the gun up. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not have the knowledge but really want a good unmolested carbine lol. Pictures can only do so much justice so let me know any red flags. Here’s the link. Thanks guys!

I'm not sure R.C. Larson did the data sheet, I think the data sheet was filled out by the seller using R.C. Larsons Carbine book.

No personal opinion on him or his book, but I recommend you do your homework there.
