Two pairs of trousers I am guessing WWII

Featured Replies

I have these in my storage chest where I keep my uniforms and they don’t match any uniform I have. I am guessing they are just common wwii US trousers of some kind or maybe just a little earlier.

No markings, both have a 5 button fly. One has strings that come off the bottom and a clasp at the top of the fly.

Are these just wwii trousers?

Sorry if I’m wrong, but I believe these are m51 pants, the string is broken and it belongs to an adjustable waist missing the medal pieces.

To me, the first pair of trousers appear to be Korean War period. There should be a label sewn on the inside of one of the front pockets.

The second pair of pants are WWII Japanese Army.

The flaps on the back pockets are the give away on the first pair, not WWII. I agree on the second pair, Japanese.

Japanese for sure! with the tie straps,

Thanks for the help that made my day. The Japanese pair seems very large waisted which I would assume is rare. I will have to try to measure them.
