Hey guys do y’all see any red flags with this scabbard? I think it’s good but I’m still learning. I posted it on a Facebook group and most said it was ok but one guy had concerns with the leather on the back of the scabbard. Said it “looked like the incorrect type of leather” so that’s my main concern. The first picture is the one he commented on. As y’all know, these scabbards aren’t cheap so I like to make absolutely sure of their authenticity. Thanks for any help!!

    After 80 years everything starts to look "funny".  That sheath appears in really good shape for its age. Congratulations!
