February 28, 20242 yr #1 Hi everybody I came by this uniform (that is not mine) and would like to have your opinions. It's heavily worn as you can see. Some details are confusing to me. I am sorry about the quality of the pics. Maybe these are enough for a 1st opinion. February 28, 20242 yr #4 The main part, not the "AIRBORNE" tab, of the 82nd Airborne Division Shoulder Sleeve Insignia (SSI) looks like it has a merrowed edge. The merrowed edge (overstiched edge) came into general use on Army SSI in 1968. I am not knowledgible enough to comment on the coat itself.
