Here is a type of watch some pilots in Vietnam bought from the PX Glycine Airman Special

Here is a Glycine Airman Special the US version the Special had less jewel count compared to the ones sold in Europe due to import restrictions in the 1960's to the USA. These were one of the watches some US pilots would buy in the PX. Due to 24-hour time and rotating bezel that could be use in navigation. Had a cool hacking feature when you pull the crown to hack a thin wire small as a human hair would pop up at the 24 on the dial and stop the second hand see photo. Got this one years ago when they were cheap not no more needed work the wire was missing only one watchmaker in the USA repairs them and knows how to repair and make parts for the hacking and bezel lock on the bezel and he repaired it to working condition.
