For some reason Case didnt stamp every M3 with the acceptance bomb . Some say they stamped every second or third down the line , but the bottom line Is Its not unusual to find a Case M3 W/O the stamp . Also Case used a smaller version of the stamp and placement was random being on the top or side  . You may try looking closely on the edge of the pommel , it could be hiding there .
